6. Contracts of Sale

  • The purchase of land at Enterprise Park Benalla is governed strictly by the formal Contract of Sale prepared by the vendor and executed by both parties.

  • In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Contract of Sale, the Contract of Sale takes precedence.

  • Purchasers may be entitled to statutory rights, including cooling-off periods, under the Sale of Land Act 1962 (Vic).
